The Opportunity

Adobe is hiring a Technical PreSales Portfolio Solution Consultant to drive high-impact customer engagements across our Content Supply Chain (CSC) solution set. This role bridges deep product fluency with business storytelling to deliver live demos that clearly articulate the value of Adobe’s connected tools—including Workfront Planning, Workfront Workflow, Fusion, Express, AEM Assets, Frame.io V4, Firefly Services, GenStudio, and Content Analytics.

To excel in this role, you'll require a solid combination of technical proficiency and competency in value-based selling. You’ll understand system integrations and demo architecture while also excelling at translating technical workflows into business outcomes. You'll communicate effectively with creative ops managers, IT collaborators, and CMOs alike—adjusting your approach to each.

You’ll be responsible for maintaining your live demo environments, integrating multiple applications, and tailoring solution narratives to executive buyers across

Marketing Operations and Creative Services.

Your demos won’t just show what Adobe can do—they’ll reveal how our solutions solve real-world CSC challenges at scale.

This is a key role in Adobe’s go-to-market strategy, ideal for someone who can confidently navigate both product functionality and executive-level storytelling to accelerate the sales cycle and unlock enterprise value.

Cross-Solution Live Demo Expertise

Ability to deliver live, hands-on, demos across multiple CSC solutions (Workfront Planning, AEM Assets, Express, Frame.io, Firefly, and GSPeM, or similar technologies, etc.) in an integrated CSC flow.

Demo Environment Management

Skilled in building, maintaining, and troubleshooting live demo environments with interconnected products and data flows.

System Integration Understanding

Working knowledge of how CSC solutions connect via APIs, Workfront Fusion, or native integrations across marketing tech stacks.

Architecture Fluency

Understanding of the end-to-end content lifecycle: planning->production->activation->analytics.

Value-Based Storytelling

Ability to frame demos around business challenges and outcomes, not just features—particularly for marketing and creative operations personas.

Executive Communication

Skilled in presenting to VP and C-level audiences with clear, concise, and central messaging that drives urgency.

Industry Use Case Mapping

Ability to connect technical capabilities to difficulties faced in various industries.

Sales Cycle Collaboration

Experienced in working with Account Executives and Solution Consultants to support technical sales motions and pipeline progression.

Persona-Based Customization

Adaptable in tailoring demo flows and messaging to creative ops managers, marketing leaders, IT architects, and analysts alike.

What you need to know about the Boston Tech Scene

Boston is a powerhouse for technology innovation thanks to world-class research universities like MIT and Harvard and a robust pipeline of venture capital investment. Host to the first telephone call and one of the first general-purpose computers ever put into use, Boston is now a hub for biotechnology, robotics and artificial intelligence — though it’s also home to several B2B software giants. So it’s no surprise that the city consistently ranks among the greatest startup ecosystems in the world.

Key Facts About Boston Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 269,000; 9.4% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Thermo Fisher Scientific, Toast, Klaviyo, HubSpot, DraftKings
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, biotechnology, robotics, software, aerospace
  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Summit Partners, Volition Capital, Bain Capital Ventures, MassVentures, Highland Capital Partners
  • Research Centers and Universities: MIT, Harvard University, Boston College, Tufts University, Boston University, Northeastern University, Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory, National Bureau of Economic Research, Broad Institute, Lowell Center for Space Science & Technology, National Emerging Infectious Diseases Laboratories
