About the Role:

The Technical Partner Enablement Manager for Agency and SI Partners is responsible for conceiving, developing, and executing Bloomreach’s end-to-end agency partner enablement strategy. This role ensures that our agency ecosystem — including digital agencies and implementation partners — is fully equipped to position, sell, and deliver Bloomreach solutions with confidence and excellence.

This individual will act as the key bridge between Bloomreach’s internal teams and our agency network, fostering deep relationships, technical proficiency, and strategic alignment to drive mutual growth and customer success.

Key Responsibilities:Agency Partner Enablement Strategy
  • Design and execute a holistic enablement strategy for agency partners that spans onboarding, technical education, sales readiness, delivery excellence, and ongoing learning.
  • Develop scalable programs and playbooks that elevate agency partner capabilities across sales and delivery.
  • Make recommendations to academy curriculum improvements
  • Continuously evolve enablement initiatives based on partner feedback, performance insights, and Bloomreach’s evolving business priorities.
Technical Collaboration & Delivery Readiness
  • Build strong relationships with agency partner technical and delivery teams to ensure deep understanding of Bloomreach products, implementation best practices, and solution design.
  • Provide tailored demos and support for customized partner environments to showcase Bloomreach’s capabilities and accelerate joint delivery success.
  • Collaborate with Sales Consulting to stay current on presales methodologies, ensuring partners are enabled on best-in-class solution positioning and technical validation.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner closely with Sales Consulting, Product Marketing, Client Services and Customer Success to ensure a unified, high-impact enablement experience for agencies.
  • Champion agency partner needs within Bloomreach — advocating for roadmap considerations, resource improvements, and process optimizations.
  • Collaborate with the broader Enablement teams to align agency enablement initiatives with overall go-to-market strategy.
Enablement Content & Resources
  • Curate and distribute the latest enablement materials for agencies, including content, tools, documentation, and competitive positioning resources.
  • Develop training assets that empower agencies to deliver best-in-class Bloomreach implementations.
  • Keep agencies continuously informed on new releases, delivery standards, and Bloomreach’s differentiation in the market.
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in agency enablement, partner management, sales consulting, or delivery enablement within a SaaS or digital experience platform organization.
  • Strong understanding of agency business models, implementation lifecycles, and client delivery processes.
  • Proven ability to design, scale, and measure impactful enablement programs.
  • Excellent relationship-building, facilitation, and communication skills.
  • Technical aptitude and ability to translate complex platform capabilities into actionable insights for non-technical audiences.
  • Experience collaborating across product, sales, and marketing teams to deliver unified partner outcomes.
Success Metrics:
  • Agency partner activation, certification, and delivery quality scores.
  • Growth in agency-led pipeline and partner-influenced revenue.
  • Partner satisfaction and retention metrics.
  • Adoption of enablement programs and assets across the agency ecosystem.
  • Reduced delivery escalations and improved time-to-value for joint customers.

The base salary range for this position is $117,000-$176,000, plus bonus & RSU's. The pay range actually offered will take into account a variety of potential factors considered in compensation, including but not limited to skills, qualifications, geographic location, accomplishments, experience, credentials, internal equity and business needs, and may vary from the range listed above.

  • Restricted Stock Units or Stock Options are granted depending on a team member’s role, seniority, and location.*
