We are looking for a Technical Marketing Engineer (TME) to drive deep technical engagements with partners and customers. As a Technical Marketing Engineer, you are the technical authority bridging NVIDIA engineering and our customers/partners. Your responsibilities will vary from verifying NVIDIA ACAR (Aerial CUDA Accelerated RAN) and integrating ACAR-based RAN internally, supporting external adoption efforts, conducting and inventing AI-RAN proof-of-concept demonstrations and developer assets to drive customer adoption.

We need a hard-working, self-motivated, and creative individual to help us pursue more opportunities in the fields of AI and RAN. The TME needs to be able to operate in a start-up environment, with minimal direction but a phenomenal teammate in a matrixed organization.

What you'll be doing:

  • Be hands-on at RAN E2E platform integration and validation, AI and RAN application deployments.

  • Partner with our engineering and development teams working on groundbreaking NVIDIA ACAR SDK and drive our internal validation and benchmarking of RAN and AI-RAN.

  • Partner with our developer relationship managers and account team to develop a keen understanding of their goals, strategies, and technical needs, as well as help to define and deliver high-value solutions meeting these needs.

  • Provide our customers/partners with technical support, including training, system integration, and debugging.

  • Strategically partner with lighthouse customers and industry-specific solution partners targeting our computing platform.

  • Communicate the external user experience feedback with the internal teams.

  • We make heavy use of conferencing tools, but some travel may be required for this role. Be empowered to find the best way to get your job done and be highly accountable to accomplish the mission. Keen to make our internal partners and customers successful.

What we need to see:

  • MS or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Signal processing, Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, or Telecommunications (or equivalent experience).

  • 8+ years of work-related industry experience in system engineering and software development.

  • Domain expertise in 5G and vRAN with understanding of hardware and software in the wireless industry.

  • Hands-on experience with Docker/Containers and Kubernetes.

  • Strong time-management and organization skills for coordinating multiple initiatives, priorities and implementations of new technology and products into very complex projects.

  • Ability to work as an individual contributor or take a technical leadership role.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

  • Deep knowledge of wireless and 5G.

  • GPU programming and design practices.

  • Experience with NVIDIA products and embedded platforms.

  • Experience with network, Kubernetes, Cloud, ORAN and vRAN.

The base salary range is 160,000 USD - 322,000 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.

You will also be eligible for equity and benefits. NVIDIA accepts applications on an ongoing basis.

NVIDIA is committed to fostering a diverse work environment and proud to be an equal opportunity employer. As we highly value diversity in our current and future employees, we do not discriminate (including in our hiring and promotion practices) on the basis of race, religion, color, national origin, gender, gender expression, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, disability status or any other characteristic protected by law.

What you need to know about the Boston Tech Scene

Boston is a powerhouse for technology innovation thanks to world-class research universities like MIT and Harvard and a robust pipeline of venture capital investment. Host to the first telephone call and one of the first general-purpose computers ever put into use, Boston is now a hub for biotechnology, robotics and artificial intelligence — though it’s also home to several B2B software giants. So it’s no surprise that the city consistently ranks among the greatest startup ecosystems in the world.

Key Facts About Boston Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 269,000; 9.4% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Thermo Fisher Scientific, Toast, Klaviyo, HubSpot, DraftKings
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, biotechnology, robotics, software, aerospace
  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Summit Partners, Volition Capital, Bain Capital Ventures, MassVentures, Highland Capital Partners
  • Research Centers and Universities: MIT, Harvard University, Boston College, Tufts University, Boston University, Northeastern University, Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory, National Bureau of Economic Research, Broad Institute, Lowell Center for Space Science & Technology, National Emerging Infectious Diseases Laboratories
