Position Title: Technical Lead

Location: 318 Seaboard Lane, Ste. 110, Franklin, TN 37067

 

Position Responsibilities: Lead and support software development team task assignments. Clarify and support technical team members in defining deliverables. Manage team day[1]to-day development tasks. Create an architecture in cases of new application development, or in providing novel software solutions where necessary. Participate in feature planning. Participate in client requirements gathering and IT project scoping meetings to better understand user needs, and to explain technical features. Regularly convene internal IT team to clarify ongoing changes in software development process or project terms. Adhere to best practices to deliver optimal technical and functional solutions.


Position Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, or a related field, PLUS five (5) years of experience in the job offered or a related position. Experience must include demonstrable knowledge of: Java; Spring; Hibernate; Docker; GKE; Google Cloud; Oracle; Apache Kafka; Linux; Jenkins; Circle CI; Harness, and; Argo-CD. Travel to unanticipated client locations throughout the U.S. approximately 30%, as required.
