The Integration Specialist will work closely with Sentrycs’ Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams in the U.S. and Israel to develop deep knowledge of Sentrycs’ APIs and integration interfaces. A key objective is to build strong integration expertise within the U.S. team, enabling increasingly independent and responsive support for U.S. partners.

The ideal candidate combines hands-on software and API experience with strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. They are proactive, self-motivated, partner-focused, and comfortable taking ownership of technical issues through resolution.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a technical resource for integration activities between Sentrycs and U.S. technology partners.
  • Support the integration of Sentrycs as a sensor, effector, or other component within partner C2 and system-of-systems platforms.
  • Support the integration of partner technologies into Sentrycs’ C2 platform.
  • Work directly with partners to understand technical requirements, determine integration approaches, test interfaces, and troubleshoot issues.
  • Use Sentrycs’ REST APIs and other software interfaces to configure, test, validate, and troubleshoot integrations.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams in U.S. and Israel to understand product capabilities, interfaces, and integration best practices.
  • Develop the technical expertise needed to independently address U.S. partner integration questions and issues.
  • Stay current on API changes, software releases, new features, documentation, and integration best practices.
  • Maintain clear documentation of partner integrations, technical requirements, configurations, issues, and resolutions.
  • Identify recurring integration challenges and provide feedback to Product and Engineering teams.
  • Build strong relationships with technology partners and provide responsive, solutions-oriented technical support.
  • Proactively take ownership of integration activities and drive technical issues toward resolution.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in software development, systems integration, technical integration, solutions engineering, or a related technical role, with hands-on experience working with APIs and software integrations.
  • Experience writing code in at least one common programming language such as Java, JavaScript, Python, C#, C++, or Go.
  • Experience with software interfaces and integration technologies, including REST APIs, WebSockets, or similar technologies.
  • Experience using API testing tools such as Postman.
  • Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to understand technical documentation, software interfaces, and integration requirements.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively with technical partners and internal teams.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Customer- and partner-focused mindset.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently.
  • Strong ownership and accountability for driving technical issues through resolution.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with globally distributed teams.
  • U.S. citizenship and eligibility to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret security clearance are required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting software or systems integrations in a customer- or partner-facing environment.
  • Experience with C2 platforms, system-of-systems environments, sensor integrations, or real-time interfaces.
  • Familiarity with IP networking, Linux, JSON, authentication methods, and API troubleshooting.
  • Experience with government, defense, homeland security, public safety, critical infrastructure, or security technology.
  • Experience with UAS, Counter-UAS (C-UAS), RF technologies, or related systems.
  • Experience working with international Product and Engineering teams.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial technology environment.

  • Become a trusted technical resource for U.S. technology partners.
  • Successfully support integrations between Sentrycs and partner platforms.
  • Independently resolve an increasing percentage of U.S. integration questions and issues.
  • Stay current on product releases, API changes, documentation, and integration best practices.
  • Provide responsive, solutions-oriented support while building strong relationships with partners and internal teams.
