The Senior Infrastructure Technical Program Manager is responsible for managing a variety of large scale project portfolios that fall within the technical computing infrastructure from concept through deployment. Aligned with established project methodologies, the position works collaboratively with senior leadership, IT groups, business partners, suppliers and other teams to consistently deliver portfolios on time, within scope and within budget.

1. Plan, develop and maintain technical program portfolio charters, performance measures, status reports, risks tracking, escalations, and maintain relevant stakeholder dashboards.

2. Use technical and construction expertise to lead complex, multi-disciplinary technical programs across our organizations geography.

3. Lead teams of internal and external project managers and other assigned resource groups.

LEVEL OF EDUCATION
Minimum: BA (in applicable field)or applicable years of experience (2 years experience = 1 year college)
Preferred: Masters
CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Minimum:
Preferred: PMP PM institutional membership or other continual learning org
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
Minimum: Advanced understanding of technical computing infrastructure and it's components, Cloud computing, IT construction needs and general contractor leadership, Data center design, CA OSHPD experience
Preferred: Alternative power management, Lean construction training
YEARS OF RELATED WORK EXPERIENCE
Minimum: 7 years experience
Preferred: 10 years experience
