The Role
The Technical Curriculum Developer, Enterprise Software designs and delivers innovative learning experiences for Veeva customers seeking to build technical expertise on Veeva software products. In this role, you will translate complex product concepts into engaging, digestible, and scalable educational content across multiple delivery formats for a variety of learner personas. The ideal candidate has a strong background in curriculum development for technical SaaS products, instructional design, or software implementations, and can quickly become the subject matter expert on Veeva software products. You will actively contribute to the ongoing innovation of Veeva’s training processes while collaborating as part of our inclusive, owner-builder team. This is a great opportunity to shape how customers learn and adopt our Veeva software.
This role requires individuals having worked at software companies on customer facing training.
What You'll Do
- Design, develop, and maintain technical training curriculum for SaaS product users, including developers, system administrators, and other technical learner personas
- Partner with product, engineering, and customer success teams to understand product functionality and translate it into effective learning experiences
- Develop hands-on exercises, labs, and simulations to reinforce learning
- Create scalable learning solutions: eLearning modules, instructor-led sessions, and blended learning experiences
- Evaluate and iterate on training effectiveness using feedback, metrics, and learner assessments
- Ensure technical accuracy and alignment with Veeva’s product vision
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience designing technical curriculum or enablement programs for software/SaaS users
- Experience working in one or more applicable technology areas: relational databases, business intelligence tools, systems administration, data migration, SaaS systems implementation, software development
- Hands-on experience creating practical exercises, labs, or simulations for technical users
- Expertise using a variety of tools to create and publish interactive courseware (such as Articulate 360, TechSmith Camtasia, WellSaid, and learning management systems)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical audiences

Compensation
- Base pay: $75,000 - $125,000
- The salary range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential base salary range for this role. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range above or below, depending on experience and location. We look at compensation for each individual and base our offer on your unique qualifications, experience, and expected contributions. This position may also be eligible for other types of compensation in addition to base salary, such as variable bonus and/or stock bonus.
