The ideal candidate should be highly organized, possess excellent oral and written communication skills, and have a passion for technical problem-solving and operational coordination. The preference for this position is to be a full time hybrid role that is based in our headquarters of Atlanta, GA.
MedTrans Go is an early-stage startup with room for growth! Compensation packages for this position include an annual salary of $50-60K, commensurate with experience, and other benefits.
Responsibilities
  • Partnering closely with leadership to manage technical priorities, workflows, and execution across the engineering organization
  • Managing technical project logistics across multiple concurrent initiatives; running and owning daily engineering standups and distributing standup notes and action items; tracking product and engineering deliverables, timelines, dependencies, and risks; assisting with the organization of sprint planning, standups, retrospectives, and release coordination; maintaining the JIRA board and Confluence documentation
  • Coordinating day-to-day communication between developers, leadership, and internal / external stakeholders; translating technical concepts into clear updates for non-technical stakeholders; engaging with internal and external stakeholders to gather technology-related feedback
  • Maintaining technical documentation, internal processes, onboarding materials, and knowledge bases; creating and maintaining product requirements documents (PRDs), feature specifications, and implementation documentation for new initiatives
  • Supporting QA processes, testing coordination, bug tracking, and release readiness while helping ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and software/data security standards, including HIPAA and SOC 2 requirements
  • Helping evaluate and implement operational improvements, automations, and internal systems; helping evaluate and coordinate cross-functional and third-party integrations
  • Assisting with infrastructure, tooling, SaaS administration, and developer operations as needed; supporting technical hiring coordination, vendor management, and procurement when required
  • Assisting with incident response coordination, root cause analysis, and incident documentation/postmortem reporting

Qualifications
The right candidate for this role will be someone who takes initiative, is proactive, organized, agile, effective at communication, and has a passion for technology.
  • Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field and/or corresponding years of professional experience
    • 1+ year of experience in technical coordination, technical project management, startup operations, product operations, or a similar role
    • Experience using modern software development workflows and tools (JIRA, Confluence, AWS, etc.)
    • Experience coordinating remote/off-shore/near-shore engineering teams is a plus
