Job Title: Technical Coordinator

Summary:

The Technical Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of technical projects and operations. This position requires a strong understanding of technical processes, excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Coordination:

    • Coordinate and track progress of technical projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to deadlines.

    • Assist in the development and maintenance of project plans, schedules, and budgets.

    • Identify and mitigate potential project risks and roadblocks.

    • Facilitate communication and collaboration between project stakeholders (e.g., engineers, developers, designers, clients).

  • Technical Support:

    • Provide technical support to internal and external stakeholders as needed.

    • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to software, hardware, and other technical systems.

    • Assist in the implementation and maintenance of technical systems and infrastructure.

  • Documentation and Reporting:

    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including meeting minutes, progress reports, and technical specifications.

    • Generate reports on project status, performance, and key metrics.

  • Process Improvement:

    • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of technical operations.

    • Develop and maintain technical procedures and guidelines.

  • Training and Support:

    • Provide training and support to colleagues on technical tools and processes.

    • Assist in the onboarding of new team members.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
