Role Overview

The EID (Early Identification) Program is GE Aerospace’s Internship Program designed to identify high-potential engineering students early in their academic career as possible candidates for GE Aerospace Technical Commercial Leadership Program (TCLP) or direct hiring. In this EID program, you can closely work with CPM, CSM, FSE and Fleet Support Team, will meet 1 challenging assignments in 2 months.

The EID Internship Program offers students the opportunity to experience a real-life work environment at GE Aerospace, developing the professional skills critical to a successful career, and a fast-track to the TCLP enrollment. The EID internship will last 2-month (full time internship in Jul. and Aug.). It is required that the applicants are post graduate student who will graduate in end of 2025 or in 2026.

The Ideal Candidate

  • 1 challenging assignments in 2-month-time, including 3 major technical Functions: Field Service Engineer, Fleet Support engineer, and CTP engineer with opportunities to work in tier 1 and tier 2 cities in China.

Required Qualifications

  • Post graduate student who will graduate in end of 2025 or in 2026, major in Aviation Engineering, Aviation Management, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
  • Fluent English, both in writing and verbal communications
  • Quick learner, high adaptability, optimistic and hardworking
  • Taking initiatives and strongly self-motivated

  • Good interpersonal acumen and maturity
  • Creative and risk taking
  • Willing to take challenge and hard working
