Technical Business Analyst - Post Grad Intern

About the Role:

Being part of the Delivery team, your mission is to bring value directly to our clients by breaking down data silos, ingesting and organizing diverse healthcare data, to create a comprehensive, enterprise-wide view. Your work will empower clients to leverage the organized data for improved outcomes, robust analytics, and regulatory compliance.

You will:

• Work closely with clients to understand their business requirements, create low-level technical designs, and develop source-to-target mappings.
• Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation to guide internal and external stakeholders throughout the delivery process and beyond.
• Work closely with the development and QA teams to ensure that the implemented solutions align with the documented requirements.
• Conduct pre-UAT validation checks and provide support to the client during the UAT phase.
• Participate in project planning and resource allocation.

What we're looking for:

• Basic understanding of the US healthcare domain.
• Strong data literacy.
• Solid technical aptitude with a working knowledge of SQL and a willingness to learn new technologies and tools.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of effectively interacting with clients and internal stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with healthcare-related data analysis.
• Familiarity with claims and prior authorizations data.
• Familiarity with cloud technologies and platforms.
• Experience with Databricks and PySpark.
• Understanding of agile development methodologies.
• Knowledge of CMS Part C reporting, particularly ODAG and ODR.
