Who We’re Looking For 

We’re excited to add a Technical Architect to our Product Engineering team. In this role, you’ll partner with new and existing customers to help define their future direction and vision. You'll bring strong technical expertise in custom web development and Azure Cloud solutions (including SaaS and PaaS). You’ll have a passion for designing solutions and evangelizing Microsoft architecture offerings, and you will play an active role in maintaining Concurrency’s Go to Market direction and leading continuous improvements within Modern Applications. 

What You'll Do

  • Lead requirements and design sessions with external and internal teams 
  • Author functional requirements and technical design documentation 
  • Assist in Pre-sales client sessions and develop estimates and proposals 
  • Lead strategic planning and define solution with clients 
  • Work with solution team to help set standard architectures, processes, and best practices 
  • Develop deep working relationships with key partners and vendors 
  • Promote service offerings through blogs posts, industry groups, and speaking events 
  • Work closely with both internal and customer teams to gather requirements and make suggestions for modern custom solutions  
  • Participate in the planning, design, and development of new solutions as well as in enhancements, modifications, and corrections to existing solutions   
  • Expand your knowledge of emerging Microsoft development trends and releases   
  • Work across multiple industries and develop strong business acumen across various domains 

What You'll Need

  • Over 7 years of experience in full life cycle enterprise systems design, development, testing, deployment, and operational support   
  • Experience designing, implementing, and testing modern cloud hosted back-end solutions using .NET and/or .NET Core 
  • Experience designing, implementing, and testing front-end solutions using React (or similar libraries/frameworks) 
  • Experience with advanced integration scenarios in web solutions 
  • Proven experience building highly scalable solutions in Azure 
  • Professional experience in Azure or equivalent cloud platform 
  • A passion for learning as demonstrated by involvement in technology-focused academic extracurriculars  

What Will Set You Apart

  • Test Driven Development experience 
  • Exposure working in a professional services organization 
  • Hands on experience with React Redux 
  • Proven experience with modern UI libraries (Material UI, Semantic UI, Bulma, etc.) 
  • Experience with Figma, Sketch or similar design tools
