As we scale, we need to establish a function and team skill set that transcends specific teams, clients, and internal structures. This function will act as the custodian of best-in-class solutions, consolidating learnings across our organization and elevating the architectural and technical knowledge of our broader team.

On a given day, a Technical Architect will spend time:

  • Working with a team of RevOps Consultants, Program Managers, and Analysts to build best-in-class solutions and impactful technology roadmaps.

  • Acting as a subject matter expert on the process of solutioning, leading the team through decisions on scalability, trade-offs, best practices, and the latest technology trends.

  • Developing and maintaining custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other programmatic tools to support scalable RevOps architecture across GTM teams.

  • Designing and ensuring the quality of solutions with a higher degree of complexity, involving integration, high user or data impact, or user impact, particularly in CPQ and quote-to-cash workflows.

  • Leading the architectural strategy for CPQ optimization and implementation, including product and pricing configurations, approval workflows, contract generation and billing integrations.

  • Serving as a point of escalation for particularly challenging architectural components that require experienced input.

  • Up-leveling the architectural knowledge and skills of the broader consulting team, maintaining architecture and design principles, and providing coaching and mentorship.

About you

  • You have 8-10 years of experience in consulting or revenue operations space spent as an architect.

  • You bring deep knowledge of Salesforce CPQ and quote-to-cash workflows, including experience configuring product rules, pricing strategies, approvals, contract management, and billing integrations.

  • You push learning and training efforts in one of the following areas as a primary focus: technical architecture, solution architecture, or CPQ.

  • You’ve designed and implemented scalable, end-to-end RevOps systems that drive operational efficiency across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.

  • You have a technical interest, a knowledge of SaaS companies, and excellent presentation skills who builds strong relationships (all three are part of our day-to-day!).

  • Serious organization and project management skills.

  • High attention to quality and detail.

  • Experience with APIs, custom development, and workflow automation.

The base salary for this role is $140,000-$180,000 which includes two levels in this range. Adjustment based on geographical location and final salary decision will be in accordance with leveling. In addition to a base salary, this role is eligible for a performance bonus plan.
