Design and govern microservices-based, cloud-native solutions; define technology strategy and roadmaps; lead transformation tracks; evaluate technologies; support presales and POCs; create reusable frameworks, architecture blueprints, and training.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in Microservices area.
- Strong exposure of developing digital solutions leveraging Microservices based architecture and/or cloud technologies in any of the B/OSS sub-domains (e.g. CRM, Fulfilment, Media & entertainment, Connectivity solutions, Product Management, Service Management, Inventories, Billing, and Assurance etc)
- Experience in leading small to medium transformation program or handling individual track in a large transformation program
- Candidate must have demonstrable experience in defining technology strategy, selection and roadmaps that enables the business vision
- Detailed understanding of the following – Spring Boot/Go/Python, Spring Security, MongoDB, RabbitMQ/Kafka, Splunk, ELK, Kubernetes/OpenShift, Docker, Swagger.
- Cloud deployment experience leveraging any of the following – AWS or Google Cloud or OCI
- Design reusable frameworks to improve developer productivity and increased reuse according to explicit and implicit requirements. Ensure solutions are built as designed. Drive architecture governance
- Perform the competitive analysis of products and technologies to provide input on the service offering and input on suitable customers for pursuit
- Provide Domain/ Technical consultation to Pre-Sales, participate in proposal activities and discussions with customer and client visits as SME: Participate in POC, Architect and validates complex technical solution when required; Performs estimations and collateral consolidation, brings in alliance product offering/IPs to provide technical leadership and technical differentiation.
- Evaluate and review Design Frameworks and Methodologies and approves design in order to achieve functional and non-functional requirements and conformance to the architecture
- Create, consult and review Architectural decisions, architecture solution, performs re-engineering of architectures in order to create solution Blue print to meet project requirement
- Evangelize the usage of reusable frameworks and artifacts, Create knowledge /certification artifacts and evaluation criteria guide or provide technical training in relevant technology areas in order to develop talent in technology /domain.
