Architect and lead design of scalable, secure solutions across backend, frontend, and data platforms. Lead Java (Spring Boot) APIs, Python data processing, big data (Spark/Hadoop), microservices, RESTful APIs, Angular front-ends, CI/CD, containerization, and cloud-native deployments. Provide architectural guidance, conduct code reviews, mentor engineers, and collaborate with product and DevOps teams to deliver production-ready systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architect and design scalable, robust, and secure solutions across back-end, front-end, and data platforms.
- Lead the end-to-end solution architecture using Java (Spring Boot), Python, and big data technologies like Apache Spark and Hadoop.
- Provide architectural guidance on microservices, RESTful API development, and data pipelines.
- Collaborate with front-end teams to design responsive and dynamic user interfaces using Angular.
- Define best practices for CI/CD, code quality, and cloud-native deployments.
- Conduct code reviews, provide mentorship, and ensure adherence to architectural standards.
- Strong proficiency in:
- Java (Spring Boot) for enterprise-grade APIs.
- Python for data processing and scripting.
- Apache Spark, Hadoop, and related data technologies.
- Angular (version 8+) for front-end SPA development.
- Deep understanding of microservices architecture, REST, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Experience in containerization tools like Docker and orchestration (Kubernetes is a plus).
- Familiarity with DevOps pipelines, Git, and automated testing frameworks.
- Interface with product managers, business stakeholders, and DevOps for seamless delivery.
- Stay current on industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation.
Compensation, Benefits and Duration
Minimum Compensation: USD 57,000
Maximum Compensation: USD 199,000
Compensation is based on actual experience and qualifications of the candidate. The above is a reasonable and a good faith estimate for the role.
