About the Role

As Chronosphere’s Channels and Alliances Program continues to scale, we’re looking for a Partner Solutions Architect to be a critical driver of our partner ecosystem’s growth and success. This hybrid role blends technical partner management, integration development, and cross-functional collaboration to build and scale both our technology alliances and channel capabilities.

You’ll work closely with the Head of Channels and Alliances, as well as teams across Product, Sales, Engineering, and Marketing, to deliver integrated partner solutions, deepen technical relationships, and grow revenue through technical enablement and joint initiatives. This is a high-impact opportunity for someone who thrives in a strategic and hands-on technical role, loves building from the ground up, and is passionate about enabling partner success.

You Will

Technical Alliance Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic technology and ISV partners.

  • Lead technical due diligence and onboarding for new partners, ensuring alignment with our product vision.

  • Serve as the primary technical contact for partner integrations, co-development efforts, and joint solution architecture.

  • Collaborate with cloud providers on service integrations and technical delivery.

  • Communicate Chronosphere’s technical direction and product vision to partners, articulating both current capabilities and future roadmap.

Technical Enablement & Channel Success

  • Develop and deliver technical enablement programs for channel partners, including presales and post-sales resources.

  • Support practice leaders, presales engineers, and TAMs within system integrators and service partners through regular engagement and communication.

  • Drive partner awareness and readiness to support Chronosphere solutions through hands-on training and enablement.

  • Maintain up-to-date technical content, training materials, and certification paths to ensure ongoing partner success.

Partner Solution Development

  • Plan and execute complex cross-functional technical projects in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, and milestones with Engineering and Product teams.

  • Identify risks, manage dependencies, and ensure timely, high-quality execution of joint initiatives.

  • Build and maintain partner focused demos, integrations, and enablement environments.

You Have
  • 5+ years of experience in an engineering, technical alliances, solutions engineering, partner enablement, or technical program management role.

  • 3+ years of experience working with observability solutions

  • Hands-on experience with Prometheus, OTel, Kubernetes and Fluent Bit.

  • Strong understanding of cloud native architecture and observability patterns

  • Proven experience working with technology partners, cloud providers, and system integrators.

  • Experience working with APIs, SaaS platforms, cloud technologies, and enterprise integration.

  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional programs and drive outcomes with external partners.

  • A strong technical background with the ability to articulate complex solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • A passion for building from the ground up, with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.

Host to the first telephone call and one of the first general-purpose computers ever put into use, Boston is now a hub for biotechnology, robotics and artificial intelligence — though it’s also home to several B2B software giants. So it’s no surprise that the city consistently ranks among the greatest startup ecosystems in the world.

Key Facts About Boston Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 269,000; 9.4% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Thermo Fisher Scientific, Toast, Klaviyo, HubSpot, DraftKings
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, biotechnology, robotics, software, aerospace
  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Summit Partners, Volition Capital, Bain Capital Ventures, MassVentures, Highland Capital Partners
  • Research Centers and Universities: MIT, Harvard University, Boston College, Tufts University, Boston University, Northeastern University, Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory, National Bureau of Economic Research, Broad Institute, Lowell Center for Space Science & Technology, National Emerging Infectious Diseases Laboratories
