Technical Account Manager – Distributor/Broker

The Technical Account Manager – Distributor/Broker will act as the primary Technical Account Manager for CA Fortune to ensure timely and accurate delivery of contracted services, provide expert training on the use of deliverables, and produce strategic analysis and insights where appropriate.  This role will be focused on ensuring client satisfaction by fielding client concerns, processing enhancement requests, managing data issues and answering analytic questions. The Technical Account Manager must be able to work on multiple projects concurrently, while effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams. Experience using multiple syndicated data sources and BI Platforms are key to success. This individual will report to the Senior Manager, Technical Account Management.   

Job Duties

  • Exhibit solid account management skills to identify and prioritize projects/requests efficiently and effectively
  • Assist with CA Fortune contract renewal and advise on retention forecasting to Leadership
  • Provide Sales support including scoping, pricing and pitching DAAP deals
  • Serve as a back-up for team technical implementation processes (Alteryx)
  • Demonstrate strong relationship building skills to foster new and existing relationships across the client’s organization
  • Work effectively across various internal and external teams by demonstrating clear and concise communication skills
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of DAAP/SPINS solutions to effectively direct revenue opportunities
  • Manage monthly data and dashboard refresh QC processes

Education and Experience 

  • BA/BS degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or Administration, related quantitative field of study, or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of experience managing accounts for CPG Manufacturer, Broker, Retailer or Data Provider
  • 3+ years of experience developing data insights and visualizations, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences

Hiring Range: $75,000- $90,000 /yr
