Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role, such as Technical Account Management, Solutions Engineering, or Professional Services.
- Demonstrated expertise in networking protocols, including TCP/IP, BGP, DNS, and HTTP/HTTPS.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting Software as a Service (SaaS) applications and cloud-native architecture.
- Experience managing a portfolio of enterprise-level accounts with a focus on technical delivery and adoption.
