Team Leader - Billing
Wilmington, Delaware HQ
Hybrid (three days in office per week and two days will be work from home)
Monday-Friday, 8-5
We have an exciting opportunity for a Team Leader on the Billing and Invoicing Team. The Billing Team Leader will be in Headquarters in Wilmington and will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations on the Billing and Invoicing Team. The Team Leader will be responsible for supervising, managing, motivating and guiding team members daily. Successful candidates will need to have a strong leadership background, thrive and excel in driving change, have exceptional problem-solving skills and experience working in a fast-paced environment. The Team Leader is responsible for overseeing numerous functions including but not limited to: Ebilling, Ad-hoc invoicing, Credit/Rebills, Discounting and Supporting Concierge Clients.
Some of the things you will be doing:

• Implement standardization of invoice creation and Ebilling activities
• Manage team workload and assignment of activities
• Mentor and coach team to develop a high performing team
• Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external clients
• Identify and implement areas for process improvements
• Maintain and/or create process documentation

What technical skills, experience, and qualifications do you need?

• Leadership experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Advanced Excel Skills
• Proven track record of achievement and strong performance
• Effective written and verbal communications
• Ability to lead and develop high performing teams and work across teams
• Ability to drive efficiency and standardization of processes
• Strong time management, research & analytical skills
• Problem-solving skills
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Excellent organizational skills
