Job DescriptionLead a team of Business Bankers to manage tier 2 customers by carrying out the following: On boarding new enterprise banking Customers, Proactive relationship management engagement Dormant accounts reactivation Cross sell the bank’s products and services to existing customers. Handling of customers complaint Improve customer experience and grow the bank’s share of wallet by proactively engaging the customer via telephone/email/web chat for more pocket share.
Qualifications- First degree in any field.
- Minimum of 5 - 7 years’ experience Iin Commercial banking and Business banking
- Cognate experience in sales and relationship management of customers to be able to drive profitability and build relationships
- Experience within the financial industry with experience in managing small businesses.
