We are looking for a Team Lead Database Administrator.

We are looking for an experienced professional to ensure the successful work of the DBA team. Key responsibilities include team management, coordinating development efforts, mentoring team members, and collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth solutions integration.


Your main tasks will be:

* Project management of development and implementation of database architecture at the corporate level. Providing strategic planning and design standards.
* Development of database optimization strategies and implementation of new technologies and methods to improve the performance and scalability of databases at the company level
* Manage backup and recovery strategy, long-term planning for reliability and ensuring minimal downtime when restoring data.
* Managing maintenance and support processes and long-term planning of upgrades on production systems.
* Lead data security policy implementation, ensure regulatory compliance, and manage audit and security.
* Manage data migration and conversion projects, as well as long-term planning of large-scale data transfers and their impact on the company's infrastructure.
* Development of automation strategies and implementation of new tools for automation of data management processes.

    We expect from you:

    • +7 years of experience as a team lead MS SQL DBA or equivalent
    • MS SQL, MongoDB, ClickHouse, PostgeSQL
    • English level B1-B2

This money can be spent on the rent of the co-working room, on equipping the working place at home (desk, chair, Internet, etc.) during those 3 years;
