This is a remote position.
We are looking for a Tax Preparer based in Latin America to support U.S.-based business clients with accurate and compliant tax preparation services. This role requires strong knowledge of U.S. tax regulations, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work remotely with international teams and deadlines.
You will be responsible for preparing and reviewing business tax filings, organizing financial information, and ensuring compliance with federal and state requirements for U.S. entities.
Prepare and review U.S. federal and state tax returns for business entities (e.g., LLCs, corporations, partnerships).
Organize, review, and validate financial and tax documentation provided by clients.
Ensure compliance with IRS guidelines and applicable state tax laws.
Identify inconsistencies, risks, or missing information and communicate findings clearly.
Maintain accurate documentation and supporting workpapers.
Collaborate remotely with internal teams and stakeholders to meet filing deadlines.
Manage multiple accounts while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
RequirementsWhat We’re Looking For
Previous experience preparing U.S. business tax returns.
Solid understanding of U.S. federal and state tax compliance.
Experience using tax preparation and accounting software.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Professional fluency in English (written and spoken).
Based in Latin America with availability to align with U.S. working hours as needed.
