We are seeking a Tax Content Manager, to help build and manage the knowledge and content infrastructure supporting our Tax practice. Reporting to the Chief Growth Officer, Tax, this role will work across Tax service offerings and collaborate closely with Tax, Practice, Industry, and Growth teams to create a centralized Tax knowledge and content library. You will combine tax knowledge, strong writing and editing skills, commercial judgment, and knowledge-management discipline to ensure the firm's best content and institutional knowledge are current, accessible, and easy to use.

What Work You Will be Responsible For:
  • Own and manage the Tax knowledge and content library, establishing a clear structure for organizing, maintaining, and accessing content across the Tax practice.
  • Partner with Tax professionals, Practice and Industry teams, and Growth to translate technical expertise and market insight into clear, client-focused content.
  • Evaluate Tax content for technical accuracy, relevance, quality, and commercial effectiveness, identifying opportunities to strengthen or refresh materials.
  • Capture and preserve valuable institutional knowledge from across the Tax practice and make it accessible and reusable for appropriate audiences.
  • Establish and maintain content standards, governance, naming conventions, metadata, and lifecycle processes to support a scalable knowledge-management environment.
  • Identify content and knowledge gaps and work with Tax, Practice, Industry, and Growth leaders to prioritize areas for development.
  • Manage content responsibly, maintaining appropriate standards for confidentiality, reuse, and accessibility across the practice.
  • Drive adoption and continuous improvement by building awareness of available resources, monitoring use and quality, and identifying opportunities to strengthen the Tax knowledge and content ecosystem.

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, Business, or a related field required.
  • Strong understanding of tax services and the accounting firm environment required.
  • At least 3 years of experience working within the Tax practice of an accounting firm.

Preferred/Desired Qualifications:
  • Advanced degree in Taxation, Accounting, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • 10-12 years of Accounting industry experience, with at least 5 years within a Tax practice in content creation, knowledge management preferred.
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Tax and other firm functions.
