Individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, subject to participation rules and based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual and Firm performance.

The Tax Administrative Specialist position is in person in our Minneapolis, MN office.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare client engagement letters
- Organize and scan client organizers and tax documents
- Process client tax returns using a variety of software, including SafeSendReturns, Sharefile, Tax Caddy, and CCH Axcess
- Provide administrative support to ensure deadlines are met, while maintaining a positive, collaborative work environment
- Assist other staff with overflow work
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of administrative experience in a professional services setting required
- Requires basic proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel; knowledge of tax preparation software and Microsoft Teams is preferred
- Requires clear, concise verbal and written communication skills, and accurate grammar usage
- Ability to plan, prioritize, and organize work effectively while balancing many projects simultaneously
- Ability to work flexibly under pressure and time deadlines, with great attention to detail
- Ability to work with a diverse group of clients and employees, and maintaining a positive attitude towards work, the firm, and the team
