We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Tax and Accounting Compliance Manager to lead our tax and accounting operations in the US. 

In this role, you won’t just track numbers — you’ll turn them into meaningful insights that shape business decisions and improve customer experiences.

The ideal candidate takes ownership of financial processes, constantly looking for ways to optimize, simplify, and enhance efficiency. WHAT YOU'LL DO 🚀

  • Work closely with senior management, auditors, and cross-functional teams to drive financial accuracy, efficiency, and strategic decision-making
  • Manage general ledger accounting, accruals, and reconciliations
  • Review and verify tax filings prepared by external providers (Sales tax, Corporate tax, etc.) for accuracy and compliance
  • Prepare and analyze monthly and annual financial statements in compliance with US GAAP and other relevant standards
  • Lead the consolidation of group financials under US GAAP, including intercompany eliminations and reporting alignment
  • Ensure compliance with US GAAP, tax regulations, and internal controls.
  • Organize and oversee accounting processes: timely journal entries, accuracy, and internal controls
  • Identify and address inefficiencies across business functions (HR, procurement, travel, etc.)

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE 💥

You'll need:

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • CPA (Certified Public Accountant) required; additional certifications (CMA, ACCA) are a plus
  • Solid experience as a Financial Controller or in a senior finance role (8+ years of experience in accounting)
  • Strong knowledge of US GAAP, tax compliance, and financial regulations
  • Experience working in a multinational or public company environment is preferred
  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, QuickBooks) and advanced knowledge of Excel
  • Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines
  • Experience driving automation and process improvements in accounting workflows and ERP systems
  • Strong communication and leadership skills

Skills & Competencies:

  • Expertise in financial reporting, consolidations, and revenue recognition (ASC 606).
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, NetSuite, Oracle, QuickBooks, or similar).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset.
  • Strong communication skills and adaptability. Collaborate with FP&A, treasury, and other finance teams to align financial strategies.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Analytical thinking.
  • Leadership experience with the ability to manage and develop a high-performing team.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Process improvement and automation mindset to drive efficiency.
