Required Education, Experience, & Skills
  • Experience providing program management for large scale engineering services programs in support of a top tier US Intelligence Agency in excess of $50M lifecycle value.
  • Candidate must be highly capable of formulating and executing aggressive, but reasonable acquisition and engineering schedules in coordination with multiple subcontractor and technology vendor partners, both large and small.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for program-related activities, maintaining effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Lead cross-functional teams of IT professionals, including remote and geographically dispersed team members.
  • Provide technical and financial reporting on program status, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Successfully deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Manage and develop senior program managers, fostering their growth and success.
  • Identify and implement program-related efficiencies and innovative solutions.
  • Mentor and empower project and task leads to meet assigned requirements.
  • Promptly address and resolve project issues to minimize budget or schedule impact.
  • Collaborate with talent acquisition teams to identify and hire new resources.
  • Maintain consistent communication across stakeholder groups.
  • Create cost-efficient, innovative, and resilient engineering solutions.
  • Work with program stakeholders to improve resiliency, security posture, efficiency, and reduce total cost of ownership.
  • Implement and enforce standards in the use of program management tools like ServiceNow to promote workforce efficiency and transparency.
  • Candidate must be expert in modern systems engineering best practices, network technology, automation of network provisioning, and agile development methodology
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, management, business or related field
  • Program Management Professional (PMP) Certified

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
  • Over 10 years of experience providing program management for large scale engineering services programs in support of a top tier US Intelligence Agency in excess of $100M lifecycle value.
  • Over 15 years of experience working on Intelligence Agency enterprise infrastructure and engineering programs, including on-site customer engagement.
  • Program experience employing earned value management (EVM)
  • Master's degree in engineering, management, business or related fields

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $150370 - $255630
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
