Position Overview:
Our client is seeking a Business Support Analyst to support key Epic Tapestry business operations, including benefits engine configuration, eligibility and enrollment processing, provider and vendor contracts, claims workflows, and interface/EDI issue resolution. Assist their Managed Care Health Plan with support and system build. This role is up to 50% remote and may require you to travel to the client when needed.  


Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and maintain benefits engine logic.
  • Maintain provider/vendor contracts and reimbursement logic.
  • Support claims processing through configuration and retro-adjudication.
  • Build and maintain fee schedules
  • Maintain documentation, workflows, and test plans.
  • Troubleshoot interfaces and EDI file issues.
  • Participate in upgrades and new plan implementations.
  • Coordinate cross-functional issue resolution.

Requirements

Required Epic Tapestry Certification:

  • Epic Tapestry Claims and Contracts Administration

Additional Desired Certifications:

  • Epic Tapestry CRM (Cheers) Administration
  • Epic Benefits Engine for Tapestry
  • Epic Tapestry Link
  • Epic Referrals and Authorizations
  • Epic Tapestry Eligibility and Enrollment

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience with Epic Tapestry Claims and Contracts Administration as an Analyst
  • Build Experience working in a managed care or shared instance environment.
  • Strong analytical, communication and collaboration skills.
