  • Candidate Engagement – Initiate personalized outreach to passive candidates to build interest and establish relationships for current and future hiring needs.
  • Screening & Assessment – Conduct initial screenings to evaluate candidates’ qualifications, skills, and cultural fit before passing them along to the Lead Recruiter.
  • Employer Branding Support – Contribute to employer branding efforts by effectively communicating the company’s value proposition during outreach and engagement.
  • Documentation & Reporting – Maintain accurate records of sourcing activities, candidate interactions, and market insights.

Qualifications

  • Strong research and analytical skills, with an ability to gather and interpret talent market data.
  • Experience in talent sourcing, competitive intelligence, or business analysis.
  • Familiarity with sourcing tools and platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, ZoomInfo, and other databases.
  • Proficiency in Boolean search techniques and advanced sourcing methods (e.g., X-ray searches).
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a small team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing hiring needs.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Certifications in recruitment or talent sourcing (e.g., AIRS, LinkedIn Certified Professional Recruiter).
  • Familiarity with commercial insurance brokerage or professional services industries.

The expected pay range for this position is $75,000 a year to $80,000 a year and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience, and work location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope, and level. Key Facts About Boston Tech
