The US base salary range for this full-time position is 116,000.00 USD - 145,000.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our ranges are determined by role, level, and location. What you'll do as a Talent Programs Manager
- Design, implement, and optimize talent management programs that address business needs and enhance the employee experience.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across all levels of the organization, investing time to deeply understand internal customer needs and deliver scalable, efficient solutions.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration efforts, align teams around program vision, and ensure smooth execution of people initiatives.
- Communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely to a variety of audiences through both verbal and written formats.
- Gather and synthesize diverse perspectives and data to inform program design and decision-making.
- Proactively identify gaps or areas for improvement in existing processes and recommend actionable solutions.
- Navigate change, conflict, and ambiguity with a collaborative, team-first mindset.
- Partner with People Technology and Learning & Development teams to optimize systems and ensure alignment between talent programs and learning initiatives.
What you'll bring
- At least 5 years of experience in talent management, HR program management, or organizational development.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, or equivalent experience.
- Proven communication, collaboration, and influencing skills, with experience partnering across HRBPs, People Technology, and Learning & Development teams.
- Ability to simplify complex problems and present solutions clearly to different audiences.
- Familiarity with HRIS and talent management systems (e.g., Workday) is a plus.
- Strong ownership mentality with a bias for action, problem-solving, and continuous improvement.
