About the Role: As a Talent Acquisition Co-Op at Abacus Insights, you'll play a key role in supporting our recruitment and talent acquisition efforts. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the full-cycle recruiting process while working in a dynamic, fast-growing health tech startup. You’ll get exposure to how top talent is sourced, evaluated, and brought on board—and how recruitment directly impacts business growth and culture.

You Will:

  • Assist with full-cycle recruiting, including candidate sourcing, resume screening, interview scheduling, and coordinating with hiring managers
  • Contribute to talent pipeline development and explore new sourcing channels (LinkedIn, job boards, campus recruiting, etc.).
  • Support recruitment marketing and employer branding initiatives, such as crafting social media content and job postings.
  • Help maintain data accuracy in HR systems (ADP) and track recruiting metrics.
  • Conduct market research and compensation benchmarking to inform talent strategy.
  • Collaborate with the People team on onboarding and new hire experience enhancements.
  • Join team meetings, company-wide events, and contribute ideas to

What We're Looking For: 

  • Current student or recent graduate in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Previous HR or recruiting experience preferred but not required
  • Passion for people, culture, and making workplaces more inclusive and engaging.
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to multiple shifting priorities in a fast paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and organized with strong communication skills.
  • Comfortable handling confidential information with integrity.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Apps
