Lead full-cycle recruitment across departments, focusing on technical roles. Manage contract recruiters, develop sourcing strategies, and ensure positive candidate experiences.
Who we are:
At Mediafly, we help the world’s top revenue teams work smarter and achieve measurable impact. Our platform brings together sales enablement, content, and performance insights so sellers have the coaching, tools, and intelligence they need to succeed. By weaving value selling into every workflow, we empower teams to accelerate deal cycles, boost win rates, and prove ROI.
For you, that means joining a company where innovation meets purpose—where your work helps businesses deliver more meaningful buyer experiences and drives results that truly matter. You’ll be part of a collaborative, growth-focused team that values expertise, creativity, and human connection.
Mediafly is seeking a Talent Manager (Contract) to lead our recruiting strategy and execution across the company. In this role, you’ll own the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing to offer, and ensure we attract, assess, and hire exceptional talent to help drive our business forward.
You’ll partner closely with hiring managers to design and execute effective recruiting strategies, deliver a world-class candidate experience, and build a strong, diverse talent pipeline. You will also manage and mentor a small team of contract recruiters, ensuring alignment, consistency, and quality across all hiring initiatives.
We’re specifically looking for someone with a deep understanding of technical recruiting, ideally within SaaS environments, including Product & Engineering, Data Architecture, and Salesforce recruiting. This is a contract position, perfect for a hands-on recruiting leader who thrives in a fast-paced, high-impact, and fully remote setting.
Responsibilities of a Talent Manager:
- Lead and manage the full recruitment lifecycle for roles across all departments, with a strong focus on technical and go-to-market positions.
- Oversee and support a small team of contract recruiters (2-3), ensuring consistent processes, strong communication, and timely delivery of hiring goals.
- Partner with hiring managers to define talent needs, develop job descriptions, and establish clear success profiles.
- Build and execute strategic sourcing plans to attract top talent through job boards, social media, networks, and direct outreach.
- Screen, interview, and guide candidates through the hiring process, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
- Provide data-driven insights through recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality-of-hire.
- Collaborate with the People Operations team to drive diversity, equity, and inclusion across all hiring activities.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, competitive intelligence, and innovative recruiting strategies to continuously evolve our approach.
- Act as a trusted advisor to hiring leaders, offering market insights and recommendations for attracting top-tier talent.
You will be successful in this role if you have:
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a strong focus on technical recruiting in SaaS or technology companies.
- 2+ years of experience managing a small to medium recruitment team, preferred.
- Proven experience hiring for Product & Engineering, Data Architecture, and Salesforce roles.
- Prior experience managing or mentoring contract recruiters or recruiting teams.
- Deep understanding of recruiting best practices, from sourcing to offer negotiation.
- Strong communication, relationship management, and influencing skills with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in Lever (ATS) and modern sourcing platforms.
- Exceptional time management skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively.
- Familiarity with employment laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring.
