Brale is building the infrastructure layer for stablecoins. We power issuance,
on/off ramps and blockchain integrations for the next generation of financial
products. We work with fintechs, payments processors, embedded payments
companies and web3/crypto-native companies to make stablecoins accessible,
compliant, and scalable.

The Role
Brale is hiring its first Talent Lead to own and build our talent function from the
ground up. This is a high-impact, hands-on role responsible for full-cycle
recruiting today and for designing the talent acquisition discipline that will support
Braleʼs growth over the coming years.
This role is ideal for someone who has deep fintech and/or crypto recruiting
experience, a strong existing talent network, and who enjoys operating personally
as a recruiter while also building scalable processes. You will partner closely with
leadership and hiring managers to define roles, attract top-tier candidates, and
deliver an outstanding candidate experience.
What Youʼll DoHands-On Recruiting & Sourcing
Own full-cycle recruiting across technical, go-to-market roles, product,
operations and compliance.Proactively source and engage candidates, leveraging your fintech and/or
crypto talent network.Run end-to-end recruiting processes: outreach, screening, interview
coordination, offer management, and closingAct as a trusted advisor to candidates, ensuring a high-quality, transparent
candidate experience
Design and implement Braleʼs talent acquisition strategy, recruiting processes,
and hiring best practicesPartner with hiring managers to scope roles, define job descriptions, and align
on hiring prioritiesBuild structured interview processes, including interview loops, scorecards,
and interviewer trainingOwn and manage our applicant tracking system ATS, with Ashby (or similar
system) experience strongly preferredLead the talent acquisition function hands-on, with responsibility for
thoughtfully evaluating if and when to add talent acquisition capacity as the
company growsEstablish and continuously improve candidate experience standards,
communication, and feedback loops
Work closely with the COO and leadership team on workforce planning and
hiring roadmapsProvide data and insights on pipeline health, time-to-hire, and recruiting
effectivenessHelp shape Braleʼs employer brand within fintech and crypto communities
10 years of experience in recruiting and talent acquisition leadership, with
significant hands-on recruiting in the last 12 monthsStrong background recruiting in fintech and/or crypto, ideally within early-
stage or high-growth companiesProven ability to source and close senior, hard-to-hire technical and business
rolesExperience being the first or early talent acquisition hire at a company is a
strong plus
Deep understanding of full-cycle recruiting and proactive sourcing
Strong existing network across fintech and/or crypto talent markets
Ability to operate independently and build structure from ambiguity
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Experience implementing and managing ATS platforms Ashby preferred;
similar systems acceptable)Data-driven mindset with the ability to balance speed and quality
Hands-on, builder mentality—comfortable doing the work yourself while laying
