Role OverviewAs the Talent Lead at Panoptyc, you will design and execute our talent acquisition strategy during a critical growth phase. You'll build and lead a small but mighty recruitment team, optimize our hiring processes, and ensure we attract exceptional candidates across technical and business roles. This position requires a strategic mindset combined with hands-on execution skills to drive our ambitious hiring goals and maintain our high talent bar.
Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment Strategy: Design and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with company goals and growth plans across multiple geographies.
Process Optimization: Standardize and streamline our recruitment workflow for consistency and efficiency, focusing on reducing time-to-hire and cost-per-hire metrics.
Team Leadership: Build, train, and develop a team of recruiters responsible for sourcing and hiring across technical, operational, and business functions.
Pipeline Management: Establish and maintain a robust candidate pipeline, particularly for hard-to-fill technical roles (Engineering, Data Science, AI) and leadership positions.
Candidate Experience: Create and oversee an exceptional candidate journey that reflects our company values and culture, from initial contact through onboarding.
Hiring Manager Partnership: Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, provide guidance on interview processes, and drive hiring decisions.
ATS & Tools Management: Optimize our use of Ashby and other recruitment technologies to ensure efficient tracking, reporting, and candidate management.
Metrics & Reporting: Implement data-driven recruitment practices with clear KPIs to measure effectiveness and provide regular updates to leadership.
Diversity & Inclusion: Champion initiatives to build diverse talent pipelines and implement inclusive hiring practices across all departments.
5+ years of recruitment experience with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity
Proven track record of building recruiting functions in high-growth technology companies
Experience hiring for technical roles (Software Engineering, Data Science, AI/ML)
Strong understanding of global talent markets, particularly Philippines, Eastern Europe, and US
Excellent relationship-building skills with both candidates and hiring managers
Data-driven approach to recruitment with experience setting and tracking meaningful metrics
Experience implementing and optimizing applicant tracking systems (Ashby preferred)
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Strong project management abilities and process-oriented mindset
Experience with remote hiring and managing distributed talent acquisition teams
