As a Talent Brand Marketing Manager reporting to the Global Leader - Talent Brand, you will partner closely with our Senior Talent Brand Marketing Manager in AMER, our global talent brand teammates, business stakeholders, cross-functional partners, Talent Acquisition, and vendors to deliver data-driven, integrated marketing solutions (such as events, campaigns and programs) that will build Atlassian's reputation as a world-class technology company, ultimately engaging with and attracting top talent.

To support this goal, the baseline of our range is higher than that of the typical market range, but in turn we expect to hire most candidates near this baseline. Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience. In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:
Zone A: $117,000 - $152,750
Zone B: $105,300 - $137,475
Zone C: $97,200 - $126,900
This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.

In this role you will:
- Strategise, plan, and execute impactful brand awareness and attraction campaigns - from concept through to measurement - you will manage integrated marketing campaigns to drive engagement and talent pipeline growth.
- Lead the end-to-end management of events (virtual, in-person, and hybrid), including event evaluation, procurement, budget management, content development, event promotions and marketing collateral, speaker preparation, event design and logistics, and event reconciliations (retros, insights and analysis, budgets), ensuring every touchpoint reflects Atlassian's brand and delivers measurable outcomes.
- Drive core brand components such as messaging frameworks, creative assets, ensuring consistency and resonance across all talent marketing channels and campaigns.
- Support the design and delivery of integrated marketing programs in partnership with cross-functional teams, aligning with business priorities and adapting global strategies for local relevance.
- Apply insights-driven decision making by conducting competitive analysis, industry research, and campaign performance reviews - translating findings into actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Monitor and report on key brand and campaign metrics, using data to optimise tactics and demonstrate ROI.
- Collaborate closely with the Senior Talent Brand Marketing Manager, providing overflow support on high-priority projects and contributing to the overall success of the Talent Brand team.
- Champion best practices in event and campaign management, staying current with trends in employer branding, recruitment marketing, and experiential marketing to ensure Atlassian remains a talent destination of choice.
- Develop creative solutions to problems, issues and challenges, with input from others. Anticipate and recognise bottlenecks in workflows, unblock, and apply processes for ongoing improvements.
On your first day, you will have:
- A Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Event Management, Marketing, Advertising, Business Management, Communications, or related field.
- 6+ years experience in employer branding, recruitment marketing or related fields.
- Marketing capabilities, proven event management experience, and brand expertise.
- Experience and confidence in presenting strategies to a room of senior leaders, to influence buy-in.
- Excellent verbal, written and analytical skills. Proficiency in representing the talent brand craft.
- A keen eye for detail, be highly organised and autonomous.
- An ease in pivoting directions where required, and prioritising effectively.
- A growth mindset and the ability to respond quickly to solve problems, when they arise.
- A truely collaborative spirit - someone who oozes a can-do attitude and is a team player.
- The ability to collaborate with multiple internal stakeholders across different time zones.
- Up-to-date knowledge of the latest industry research, behavioural trends, and competitor news through audience insights and digital analytics.
