Position Overview: As a Talent Attraction Specialist, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and engaging top talent from universities and colleges. This position involves developing relationships with educational institutions and leveraging career fairs and campus events to promote opportunities at PrizePicks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies tailored to the campus audience.
  • Create and maintain relationships with universities, career services, and student organizations.
  • Attend and organize campus recruiting events, job fairs, and networking sessions to engage with prospective candidates.
  • Recruit and manage PrizePicks internship program 
  • Recruit entry-level to mid-level positions as needed
  • Design and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent from diverse backgrounds.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by providing consistent communication and support.
  • Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campus recruitment efforts.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in recruiting, preferred experience with technical recruitment.
  • Experience managing an internship or campus recruiting program.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with students and professionals.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience managing projects in recruitment with keen attention to detail.
