Position Requirements:
As the Client Success Specialist for EMEA at GE Vernova, you'll play a vital role in enhancing our Brand and Employee Value Proposition in the EMEA region. This position involves supporting job amplification strategies and ensuring our regional efforts align with global objectives. This role will report directly to the Global Talent Attraction Leader and collaborate closely with two other Client Success Specialists in Americas and APAC region. In this role, you will lead efforts to cultivate meaningful client engagements and implement strategic job amplification initiatives. In this role, you will act as a bridge between the EMEA region and global teams, adapting strategies to suit local markets and driving impactful recruitment initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Job Amplification Initiatives: Enhance the EVP and promote GE Vernova’s brand and opportunities to clients across the EMEA region. Ensure campaigns align with client needs and business goals.
Collaborate Globally and Regionally: Work closely with Client Success Specialists in Americas and EMEA to maintain cohesive global strategies tailored for regional relevance.
Act as GE Vernova’s Ambassador: Consistently promote our values, mission, and EVP in all client interactions.
Strategic Content Creation: Collaborate with the Talent Attraction Content Specialist to create impactful job advertisements that resonate within the EMEA market.
Cultivate Client Relationships: Maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with regional clients, acting as the primary point of contact for escalations and proactive engagement.
Utilize CRM Tools: Track, analyze, and optimize client relationships using data-driven insights to drive informed decisions and improve satisfaction metrics.
Provide Strategic Input: Offer insights to leadership on market trends, client feedback, and opportunities for improvement and innovation.
Deliver Performance Insights: Spearhead job amplification campaigns across platforms, delivering quarterly performance insights and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
Strategic Partnerships and Pipeline Development: Engage with external organizations to inform and execute regional talent attraction strategies, lead outreach efforts that strengthen employer brand visibility, expand talent pipelines and accelerate top of funnel engagement.
Qualifications:
To excel in this position, you should bring experience in client success and talent acquisition, with a strong understanding of the EMEA market dynamics and strong communication skills.
Significant Experience: Proven expertise in client success, account management, or talent acquisition, with a track record in managing recruitment campaigns across the EMEA region.
Employer Branding and Digital Recruitment Marketing: Experience in developing content strategies that align with business goals and enhance recruitment engagement.
Regional and Global Experience: Understanding of the EMEA region, including familiarity with collaborating with teams in the Americas and APAC.
CRM Systems and Data Analytics Expertise: Proficiency in campaign strategy and leveraging performance data for decision-making.
Exceptional Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to influence and engage clients effectively across diverse cultural contexts.
Strong Leadership Abilities: Capacity to collaborate effectively across teams and geographies.
Proactive and Solutions-Oriented: Addressing client challenges and driving innovation.

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between £52.800,00 and £79.200,00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set.
Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
