About The Role
- Create, develop and drive monday.com talent acquisition strategy
- Leading and guiding a team to achieve recruitment goals of over 200 hires across GTM departments and creating a collaborative and high-performance workplace.
- Driving innovation and improvement with best practices and new methods.
- Mentoring and supporting team members in their professional growth, providing coaching and feedback to enhance their skills and capabilities.
- lead a high-performing Talent Acquisition teams, providing mentorship and development opportunities.
- Staying up to date with the latest scientific advancements and industry trends to contribute to strategic decision-making.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
- Employ innovative sourcing strategies to attract top-tier candidates, including passive talent, and build a strong talent pipeline.
- Implement strategies to position the organization as an employer of choice within the industry.
Requirements
- At least 2-4 years experience as a team lead in a Hi-tech company
- Experience with managing a team of at least 4 Recruiters.
- Ability to multi-task and handle many requirements simultaneously
- Results-oriented with a competitive drive for success
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Ability to work effectively in a global business with an understanding of cross-cultural differences
- Demonstrated project leadership, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
