About the role

  • We’re seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Sourcer for a 3-6 month contract to join our amazing recruiting team and help identify, engage, and attract top talent across a variety of corporate roles. In this role, you’ll partner closely with our recruiters and hiring managers. This is a full-cycle sourcing role, which includes building targeted search strategies for top quality passive candidates, engaging candidates through in-depth screening, selling the role/Point to sourced candidates, and provide consultation on your candidates throughout the process. You may also help on screening applicants and assist with candidate/hiring manager touchpoints when needed. This is an exciting opportunity to make a direct impact on helping us scale our team during a rapid growth phase!

Your responsibilities

  • Source and attract high-quality passive candidates for key corporate functions (e.g., Technical, Finance, Production/Operations, Sales, Marketing, People, and more).
  • Execute innovative sourcing strategies using multiple channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, AI technologies, Boolean searches, professional networks, and more.
  • Screen candidates extensively for qualification, culture fit, and alignment with role requirements. Able to sell our company brand, open role, and vision to attract candidates.
  • Manage scheduling and coordination of interviews with your candidates, ensuring a smooth and professional candidate experience.
  • Maintain and update accurate candidate data and pipeline activity within our ATS (Greenhouse experience preferred).
  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand talent needs and calibrate sourcing approaches accordingly.
  • Track key metrics to measure sourcing effectiveness and continuously refine outreach strategies.
  • Stay current on industry trends and market insights to inform and improve recruitment practices.

About you

  • 5+ years of true sourcing experience (searching and screening passive candidates), ideally within a fast-paced corporate or startup environment.
  • Experience sourcing Technical roles (Software Engineers/Product) are highly desired 
  • Proven experience managing full-cycle sourcing, including searching, scheduling, and screening candidates.
  • Advanced sourcing skills, including Boolean search, X-ray searches, and creative talent mapping across various platforms.
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, AI technologies, and other sourcing tools/methods.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Greenhouse experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage passive candidates effectively and help sell Point’s role and vision.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
  • Passionate about delivering an excellent candidate experience and contributing to a collaborative recruiting culture.

Compensation at Point will be determined by skills, experience, and geographic location. Point has identified the expected hourly rate to be $35-50/hr.

Location Requirement: This is a remote position. However, candidates must reside in one of Point’s states of operation: AL, AZ, AR, CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, IL, KS, KY, MA, MD, MI, MN, MO, NH, NV, NJ, NY, NC, OH, OR, PA, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, WI.
