How You Will Add Value
The Talent Program Advisor contributes to the recruitment and program management of our US and UK early career programs.

  • Perform full lifecycle recruitment and candidate management for US and UK summer internship programs: review resumes, hold hiring leader intake meetings, conduct high volume candidate screenings, partner and communicate with hiring leaders, and disposition candidates.

  • Process internship requests from the business, review and confirm provided details required for internship job requisitions.

  • Screen Futures Associate candidates, evaluate potential fit for program and make recommendations on candidates to move to panel interview stage. 

  • Communicate with referred candidates, ensuring positive candidate experience and a timely and effective hiring process.

  • Clearly articulate early career program eligibility criteria to candidates and referring employees, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of program qualifications.

  • Manage Internship Team Email Box by monitoring the inbox and referring or responding to inquiries promptly. Identify and escalate complex or high-priority issues.

  • Contribute to the development and refinement of early career program processes and communication materials.

  • Complete program support tasks, such as swag ordering and management, scheduling of interviews and program events, and event registration.

Experience, Education & Certifications

  • Background in talent acquisition or HR support

  • Experience screening or interviewing candidates

  • Familiarity with early career or referral programs

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in Workday and tracking systems

  • Strong skills in MS Excel and email communication

Soft Skills

  • Clear written and verbal communication

  • Strong time management and follow-through

  • Excellent customer service and stakeholder engagement

Work Schedule & Location

  • Hybrid work model: St. Petersburg, FL; New York, NY; Boston, MA

  • In-office: Minimum two days per week

Compensation: Franklin Templeton offers employees a competitive and valuable range of total rewards, monetary and non-monetary — designed to support their well-being and recognize their time, talents, and results. Along with base compensation, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, a 401(k) plan with a generous match, and recognition rewards. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, which includes a range of competitive healthcare options, insurance, and disability benefits, employee stock investment program, learning resources, career development programs, reimbursement for certain education expenses, paid time off (vacation / holidays / sick / leave / parental & caregiving leave / bereavement / volunteering / floating holidays) and a motivational wellbeing program. We expect the base salary for this position to range between $64,700 – $88,200 depending on location and level of relevant experience, plus discretionary bonus.
