Location: Remote (U.S.-based)

We are looking to add to our world-class Talent Acquisition team to help attract top talent across our growing portfolio. 

Role Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Talent Acquisition team. This role will focus on identifying, engaging, and hiring sales leaders and high-performing individual contributors for our Platforms and their businesses across the U.S. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the skilled trades ecosystem, strong sourcing capabilities, and a proven track record of building talent pipelines for revenue-driving roles. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Partner with Platform and local business leaders to understand sales hiring needs, develop recruiting strategies, and hire top talent.
  • Source, engage, and assess candidates for sales leadership and individual contributor roles in the HVAC, Refrigeration, and Facilities Maintenance sectors. 
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines of candidates with strong books of business and relevant industry experience. 
  • Execute full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, facilitating debriefs, and managing offers. 
  • Provide a world-class candidate experience that reflects Orion's values and culture. 
  • Leverage data to inform recruiting strategies and improve process efficiency. 

Qualifications: 

  • 4-8 years of recruiting experience, ideally with a focus on sales roles within the trades or blue-collar industries. 
  • Strong understanding of the HVAC, Refrigeration, or Facilities Maintenance markets. 
  • Proven success sourcing and hiring candidates with a book of business or established customer relationships. 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, decentralized environment while staying organized and results-oriented. 
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills. 
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools.
