As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you’ll play a key role in helping us attract, engage, and hire top talent across a variety of functions. You'll serve as a strategic partner to business leaders, managing full-cycle recruitment for roles ranging from entry-level individual contributors to early-stage leadership positions. This is an opportunity to drive hiring strategy, influence our employer brand, and shape an exceptional candidate experience.
What You’ll Do:- Own the full-cycle recruiting process — source, screen, interview, and close candidates.
- Build strong partnerships with hiring managers to understand team needs and develop tailored recruiting strategies
- Use data-driven insights and market knowledge to advise on role scoping, compensation, and talent availability
- Leverage sourcing strategies and tools to identify and engage high-potential candidates
- Champion the candidate experience — communicate consistently and transparently from first contact to offer
- Conduct structured, behavioral-based interviews to assess skills, experience, and culture add
- Contribute to hiring process improvements, branding initiatives, and proactive talent pipelining
- 3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in a high-growth or fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to fill a wide range of roles across departments and seniority levels
- Strong storytelling skills — able to effectively communicate our mission, values, and employee value proposition
- Working knowledge of sourcing techniques and platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, Boolean, etc.)
- Strategic thinker with the ability to creatively problem-solve and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and follow-through
- Experience influencing and guiding hiring managers on best practices and hiring decisions
- Proficiency in using an ATS (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever) and recruiting analytics
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
The expected base salary range for this position is $80,000 - $100,000 annually.
Compensation may vary depending on several factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, experience, competencies, and geographic location. Some roles may qualify for extra incentives like equity, commissions, or other variable performance-related bonuses. Further details will be provided by our Talent Acquisition team during the interview process.
