Your Role
As a Talent Acquisition Partner (Temporary) with Evergreen Nephrology, you are responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process to hire top talent. You will attract, engage, and hire clinical and non-clinical candidates that align with Evergreen’s mission. In collaboration with the People Operations team, you will strategically partner with hiring managers to lead the hiring process.
This is a temporary, full-time role with an initial 6-month duration from the time of hiring. The role duration may be extended dependent upon business needs. This role is fully remote; candidates are expected to work from 9am – 5pm Central time.
In general, this role will be responsible for the recruitment of Evergreen’s core clinical roles, and additional entry and/or mid-level roles across the organization. Some of the typical roles you may recruit for at Evergreen include Care Coordinator, Nurse Care Manager, Patient Engagement Specialist, and Licensed Clinical Social Worker.
Role Responsibilities
- Establish an end-to-end recruitment plan for assigned positions, including identifying, interviewing and presenting qualified candidates to leadership
- Determine applicant qualifications by analyzing responses during initial interview utilizing the job description
- Provide regular reports and feedback to leadership on candidate movement and pipeline health
- Proactively maintain candidate and job status in Greenhouse ATS
- Collaborate with hiring managers in a consultative approach to identify the right talent profile for the role and assist in creating job descriptions
- Build and maintain rapport and trust both internally and externally
- Build strong relationships with leadership by facilitating clear and confident conversations
- Execute an exceptional candidate experience throughout their time in the interview process with strong communication and compassion
- Partner with the Lead TA Partner, People Operations and Hiring Managers on offer creation, approval, and extension
- Other duties consistent with this role, as assigned
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3+ years of full-cycle healthcare-related recruiting experience
- Ability to manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience using an Applicant Tracking System; Greenhouse preferred
- Ability to build rapport internally and externally
- Intermediate skills with MS Office Suite of products including Outlook and Teams
- Able to work effectively in a primarily remote environment:
- Home internet must support a minimum download speed of 25 Mbps and upload speed of 10 Mbps. Cable, Fiber, or DSL connections hardwired to the internet device are recommended
- Evergreen will provide remote employees with telephony applications and equipment to meet the business requirements for their role
- Employees must work from a dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information
Preferred Qualifications
- Value-based healthcare recruiting experience
- Greenhouse ATS experience
- Fully remote recruiting experience
Compensation
The pay range for this role is $31-$36/hr. Exact pay is determined based on experience, education, demand for the role, and other role-specific factors.
Note that this is a temporary, 6-month, full-time role with the opportunity for extension based on business needs.
