Responsibilities

  • Own full-cycle recruitment for US Sales roles, from sourcing to onboarding
  • Partner with hiring managers and HR to define role requirements and hiring strategies
  • Source talent across platforms, events, and networks; engage passive candidates
  • Craft compelling outreach that highlights Coralogix’s value and culture
  • Track and report key hiring metrics and pipeline progress
  • Ensure smooth candidate experience and internal coordination



Requirements
  • 5+ years as a full-cycle recruiter in a global tech environment
  • Proven experience hiring US-based sales roles, including senior-level
  • Strong knowledge of tech and sales recruitment practices
  • Creative sourcing skills and data-driven recruitment mindset
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management
  • Ability to multitask and deliver in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • The position based In Coralogix's office in Boston and requires working from the office at least 3 times a week
