Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruitment for US Sales roles, from sourcing to onboarding
- Partner with hiring managers and HR to define role requirements and hiring strategies
- Source talent across platforms, events, and networks; engage passive candidates
- Craft compelling outreach that highlights Coralogix’s value and culture
- Track and report key hiring metrics and pipeline progress
- Ensure smooth candidate experience and internal coordination
Requirements
- 5+ years as a full-cycle recruiter in a global tech environment
- Proven experience hiring US-based sales roles, including senior-level
- Strong knowledge of tech and sales recruitment practices
- Creative sourcing skills and data-driven recruitment mindset
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Ability to multitask and deliver in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- The position based In Coralogix's office in Boston and requires working from the office at least 3 times a week
