Appian is in an exciting phase of growth, and we are looking for a sharp, driven Talent Acquisition Partner to help us scale our Go-to-Market. This role is a unique opportunity to act as a true strategic partner to our leadership teams, influencing how we build out critical business functions.

What You'll Do:

  • Own the Lifecycle: Manage the full candidate lifecycle from the initial sourcing strategy down to the final offer and close, ensuring an exceptional, high-touch candidate experience.

  • Strategize and Source: Create and execute tailored, creative sourcing strategies across multiple platforms to build diverse talent pipelines for high-priority roles.

  • Partner with Leadership: Build and maintain trusted relationships with hiring managers and senior executives, acting as an advisor to guide their hiring strategies using market knowledge and data.

  • Elevate the Brand: Contribute to strengthening Appian’s employer brand through intentional community engagement, networking, and delivering a world-class interview experience.

  • Optimize Best Practices: Continuously help improve and evolve internal interview processes, candidate evaluation standards, and recruitment best practices across departments.

  • Align with Business: Deeply understand Appian’s business strategy, product positioning, and competitive landscape to effectively pitch our vision and attract top-tier talent.

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience: 3+ years of proven success as a full-lifecycle Recruiter, with a track record of thriving and operating with urgency in a fast-paced environment.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree.

  • Strategic Influence: Proven ability to act as a trusted talent advisor, effectively prioritizing competing needs across multiple departments and influencing senior leadership.

  • Analytical Approach: Ability to leverage market data, talent insights, and recruiting metrics to guide hiring decisions and expectations.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Domain Expertise: Strong experience recruiting for Go-To-Market (GTM) functions, including Sales, Marketing, or Customer Success.

  • Tech-Industry Savvy: Prior experience recruiting within the high-growth enterprise software (SaaS), cloud, or tech consulting sectors.

  • Tools: Proficiency with modern Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and advanced sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, CRM platforms).

The base salary for this role is between $50,000-$125,000 per year and represents a good faith and reasonable estimate of the range at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent on a number of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant work experience, qualifications, internal peer equity, and market and business conditions that exist when extending an offer.
