Job Title: Talent Acquisition Manager

Compensation: $100,000 - $125,000 + variable compensation + equity options
*compensation dependent on related experience level
As a Ketryx Talent Acquisition Manager, you will manage the successful, fast-paced hiring of a rapidly growing healthcare technology start-up company. We offer the autonomy and support that encourages your personal and professional growth as we continue to scale our operations in the Boston office.
Our ideal candidates will have demonstrated previous results in a fast-paced and demanding atmosphere. Someone who is a self-starter and eager to contribute new ideas and strategies in a fast-growing startup will do well in this position. In this role, you will be allowed the opportunity to implement your target-driven work ethic and support Ketryx's mission to impact 100 million patient lives by 2030. This position will be based in our Cambridge, MA office. Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of Talent Acquisition Specialists and ensure their continued success.
- Be a player coach and successfully manage your own req load.
- Oversee the use of staffing agencies when needed and ensure achievement of their assigned KPIs.
- Collaborate with department heads and hiring managers to understand the staffing needs.
- Leverage strong communication skills to cold call, engage, and follow up with candidates.
- Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels including job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct full cycle recruitment including application review, initial screen, and coordinate additional interviews with the hiring team.
- Work closely with the Senior People Operations Manager to improve process and deliver key results.
Required Skills:
- 5+ years of fast-paced, recruitment experience.
- 2+ years experience managing a Talent Acquisition team.
- Demonstrated use of strategic ideas to quickly scale an organization.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
- Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in using Google Workspace, ATS, HRIS, and various online systems.
Preferred Skills:
- Previous experience recruiting in the engineering, technology, or healthcare fields.
- Experience using Greenhouse ATS systems.
- Previous startup experience.
