Together, the elluminate platform and digital data services give clients self-service access to all their data from one centralized location plus advanced analytics that help them make smarter, faster business decisions.

You will make an impact:

As the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will lead eClinical Solutions’ end-to-end hiring engine from employer branding and candidate attraction through AI-enabled screening and hiring measurement. You’ll partner with hiring managers across Engineering, Clinical Data Services, Biometrics, and Corporate functions to build a modern, AI-first recruiting function that still keeps judgment and candidate experience firmly in human hands.

Your day to day:

  • AI first thought leader, who enjoys building a world class function
  • Passion about driving data metrics and the outcomes
  • Assess and build out a world class talent function, for a scaling global function
  • Own end-to-end requisition management, from intake through offer, across technical and clinical hiring teams
  • Build and maintain employer brand assets—job posts, careers site content, and social outreach—consistent with eClinical Solutions’ voice and visual identity
  • Develop and nurture passive-candidate pipelines for hard-to-fill R+D, Product, clinical data, biometrics, and technical roles
  • Advise hiring managers on sourcing strategy, interview design, and candidate evaluation
  • Lead intake conversations that translate business needs into clear hiring criteria
  • Own the hiring scorecard—time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, source effectiveness, and candidate experience—and report performance to leadership
  • Redesign recruiting workflows to remove manual, repetitive tasks and focus recruiter time on judgment-intensive work
  • Partner with department leaders on workforce planning, anticipating hiring needs and skill gaps ahead of open requisitions
  • Ensure hiring practices meet eClinical Solutions quality standards and applicable employment regulations
  • AI-Enabled Recruitment Focus: We’re building AI tools into hiring workflows as default infrastructure, and you’ll help shape how this is done responsibly and effectively across the candidate lifecycle. This includes:
  • Embedding AI-assisted sourcing, candidate ranking, scorecards and screening tools as standard practice, not optional add-ons
  • Defining standards for how AI tools are used in screening decisions, including where a recruiter’s judgment must override the model
  • Using AI analytics to measure hiring outcomes and continuously tune sourcing channels and screening criteria
  • Coaching hiring managers to correctly interpret AI-generated candidate insights
  • Keeping every AI-assisted screening decision fair, explainable, and compliant

Take the first step towards your dream career. Here is what we are looking for in this role.

Host to the first telephone call and one of the first general-purpose computers ever put into use, Boston is now a hub for biotechnology, robotics and artificial intelligence — though it’s also home to several B2B software giants. So it’s no surprise that the city consistently ranks among the greatest startup ecosystems in the world.

Key Facts About Boston Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 269,000; 9.4% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Thermo Fisher Scientific, Toast, Klaviyo, HubSpot, DraftKings
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, biotechnology, robotics, software, aerospace
  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Summit Partners, Volition Capital, Bain Capital Ventures, MassVentures, Highland Capital Partners
  • Research Centers and Universities: MIT, Harvard University, Boston College, Tufts University, Boston University, Northeastern University, Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory, National Bureau of Economic Research, Broad Institute, Lowell Center for Space Science & Technology, National Emerging Infectious Diseases Laboratories
