We are not looking for someone who simply fills open positions.
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager who understands that great recruiting is part sales, part matchmaking, and part fierce protection of company culture.
At How to Manage a Small Law Firm, many of our roles are highly specialized and difficult to fill. Success requires digging deeper than keywords, job titles, and polished interview answers. You will identify, attract, and close people who have the skills to succeed and genuinely belong in our culture.

- Excellent judgment, especially when the obvious candidate is not the right candidate
- Confidence working directly with senior leaders and hiring managers
- Comfort using an ATS, recruiting data, and performance metrics
- Exceptional organization, follow-through, and personal accountability
- Care more about making the right hire than making the fastest hire
- Are persistent without becoming pushy

- Communicate directly, clearly, and respectfully
- Enjoy ambitious goals and being measured by meaningful results
- Want to be an active part of a remote team and its culture
