About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead a team of technical sourcers and recruiters supporting high-volume R&D hiring. In this role, you will oversee a team focused on building robust candidate pipelines, nurturing authentic relationships, and supporting our evolving volume hiring strategies. You will play a critical role in developing team members, driving process improvements, and ensuring our hiring practices are inclusive and data-driven. We love to exchange data-driven ideas so we can hire smarter, solve recruiting challenges, and continuously improve the hiring workflow. The TA Manager position will report to the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition for High Volume R&D Hiring in the United States.
  • Lead and Develop a High-Performing Team: Manage, coach, and develop a team of sourcers and recruiters, supporting their growth, performance, and career progression.
  • Drive Sourcing Strategy: Oversee the execution of innovative sourcing strategies to attract top technical talent, ensuring alignment with business needs and requisition distribution.
  • Capacity Planning: Leverage data to ensure optimal sourcer and recruiter alignment and workload distribution across open requisitions.
  • Change Management: Effectively communicate changes to the team, ensuring healthy adoption of new processes and tools.
  • Enhance Team Productivity: Use analytics to set clear benchmarks, measure productivity, and continuously up-level the team's performance.
  • Support Programmatic Work: Contribute to the achievement of team OKRs and support programmatic initiatives that drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with stakeholders across Talent Acquisition, HR, and business units to deliver on hiring goals and solve recruitment challenges.

  • 3+ years of experience managing talent acquisition teams, with a proven track record of developing and retaining high-performing talent in a healthy team environment.
  • 8+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with a deep sourcing & recruiting knowledge in the software industry.
  • Strong analytical abilities, with a data-driven approach to problem-solving, decision-making, and capacity planning.
  • Experience crafting and executing talent acquisition strategies, including process improvement, strategic sourcing, and driving balanced pipelines.
  • Exceptional communication and change management skills.
  • Alignment with Atlassian's values and a collaborative, growth-oriented mindset.

Compensation
At Atlassian, we strive to design equitable, explainable, and competitive compensation programs. To support this goal, the baseline of our range is higher than that of the typical market range, but in turn we expect to hire most candidates near this baseline. Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience. In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:
Zone A: $149,400 - $195,050
Zone B: $135,000 - $176,250
Zone C: $124,200 - $162,150
This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.
