About the Role:We are looking for a motivated Talent Acquisition Intern to join our team for the Summer 2026 semester. This role is ideal for someone passionate about Human Resources, recruitment, and helping to shape the future of our workforce. You will gain hands-on experience with talent acquisition strategy, sourcing techniques, candidate engagement, and recruiting operations.
Specific Responsibilities:- Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a smooth process for candidates and hiring managers
- Draft, post, and maintain job postings in Greenhouse (ATS), ensuring accuracy and consistent messaging
- Communicate with candidates to provide updates, answer questions, and support a positive candidate experience
- Support initial resume reviews and share candidate recommendations with hiring managers
- Route offer letters to the appropriate stakeholders for review and approval
- Complete a SWOT analysis focused on talent acquisition initiatives
- Take on additional responsibilities and support special projects as needed
- Must be enrolled in a university or college co-op program, with a focus on Human Resources or a related field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for candidate interactions and internal collaboration
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and consistency
- Proficient in Microsoft Workspace; familiarity with Greenhouse (ATS) and/or an HRIS is a plus
- Strong commitment to maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive information
- Compensation: $15 - $20hr
- Must be able to work EST hours
- Available 06/01/26 - 08/07/2026
- 100% remote within the United States
