ALKU is looking to hire a Talent Acquisition Intern to join our team. This person will assist in driving campus recruitment efforts with the main mission of building a pipeline of quality candidates from colleges/universities for our internship and entry-level positions. This person will do this by researching colleges and universities to expand ALKU’s footprint on-campus, establishing new relationships with college/university personnel, enhancing existing partnerships, and prospecting candidates to assist in filling our open jobs. This person will help to build ALKU’s brand and recruit top talent for all ALKU offices.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Assist in conducting new school research to expand ALKU’s footprint on college campuses in New England
- Assist in the planning of the fall semester on-campus event schedule
- Collaborate with other ALKU interns to generate on-campus leads
- Call prospective students to promote ALKU’s Sales Internship Program and increase applications
- Assist in conducting LinkedIn Recruiter outreach to prospective applicants
- Collaborate with our College Relationship Development and Internal Recruiting Teams on various projects and initiatives
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as Handshake Campaigns and reporting enhancements
